II.  Working Time

Standard working hours applly.
Hour of work can be carried out during 24 hours (shift model) with the following conditions:

III. Over Time

III.1  Activities outside Working Time I and Working Time II are 
         overtime hours.
III.2. The calculation of overtime hours are as follows:
        III.2.1. First Hour appreciated 1.5 x Base Hourly Wage         
        III.2.2. Every hour on the second working hour until the third 
                  working hour appreciated 2 x Base Hourly 
                  Wage.       
        III.2.3. Every hour on the fourth working hours until the next
                  appreciated 3 x Base Hourly Wage.
        III.2.4. Every hour activity on Sunday and National Holidays
                  appreciated 3 x Base Hourly Wage

IV.  Right of the Main Contractor 

      IV.1. Managing the workforce during working hours and on 
               overtime hours.
      IV.2. Recommend to Makibi, about good or bad of the 
               workers, in order to promote or punish by Makibi.

V.  Main Contractor Responsibility

     P
ay for labor costs and allowances and fees for a month 
     working period after the calculation and submission 
     made by makibi.

VI. Right of Makibi as the Subcontractor


     Receive a total labor costs and allowances and fees 
     for a month of work, to be distributed to workers 
     within 24 hours.

VII. Responsibility of Makibi as Subcontractor

    VII.1. Managing attendance, overtime hours and 
             maintaining employment.    
    VII.2. Perform the command from the main contractor 
             if recommended for promotion or giving 
             punishment to the workers    
   VII.3. To guide the workforce    
   VII.4. Distribute the salaries and allowances to the 
            manpower, not later than 24 hours after 
            received from main contractor.   
   VII.5. Responsible to the Indonesian government for
             outsourcing agreements entered    
   VII.6. Pay to the government of Indonesia, all costs 
            incurred due to agreements entered into outsourcing, 
            such as taxes, levies and other.
